Boracay Beach, also commonly referred to as "White Beach" is the main tourism draw for Boracay Island. Boracay white beach is a bit over (4) four kilometers long.

 

In the early eighties when tourist started visiting Boracay, the banca boats would ferry them directly from Caticlan to the main Boracay Beach. During this time there was no central point for entry and exit onto Boracay Island as there is today.

 

During this early period tourist where dropped off directly onto the beachfront of what would become commonly known as Station 1, Station 2, and Station 3.

 

Boracay Station 1 hotels and resorts have some of the widest beachfronts found anywhere on Boracay. The first hotel in station 1 is the Boracay Terraces located right next to the large rocky cliff wall that seperates itself from Diniwid beach, and ends at the Royal Park Hotel

 

 

 

 

 

Located at the center portion of Boracay is (Boracay Central), it is here for about two kilometers that you will experience what is comonally known as the Boracay Beach Path.

 

It is this beloved path separates the white beach from the many beach resorts, island hotels, restaurants, night-clubs and the main shopping area of Boracay, known as D'Mall.

 

Boracay Station 2 is the main tourist attraction for the island, and is the most active with sun-bathers and in general people from all walks of life just enjoying the beach.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The southwest part of Boracay beach has recently seen a large amount of growth since 2005, due in part to its quietness and nice beach fronts.
